Just over 270sqm is spread over two levels including a mezzanine (cinemia/TV room), sauna, a garden and large south east/south west facing terrace, a 10 person cedar wood hot tub and 12ft sunken trampoline. The Chalet sleeps 12 (assuming 4 children in the bunk-bed room) comfortably. Each of the 5 bedrooms has its own bathroom.

Having had a one-bed flat in the heart of the village for 12 years, our dream was always to have somewhere a little bigger but we could not afford to buy an existing chalet… Then ‘104 Route de Lassare’ came along! Undeniably a big project, even the hay and lack of windows couldn’t hide the undeniable potential of the space, its incredible location and stunning views across the valley.

It has been a true labour of love; an obsession; a bit of a marathon effort but we now have our home-from-home in the heart of what we see as one of the most special places in Europe. It’s close enough to the village to make it easily accessible but in a lovely rural setting with cow bells and wild flowers surrounding it in the summer!

Access from the main road is via a private road, therefore, snow chairs or a 4×4 vehicle in the winter are a necessity (the private track to the chalet is cleared when it snows).

Wifi is available throughout; tiled areas (entrance porch, bathrooms, living area) have under-floor heating; it is a non-smoking/no pets property.
